At the end of last year, we undertook an extensive market research exercise to find out more about what our customers and consumers think of our brand, product and services.   After more than 10 years in the industry, it was very heartening to find out that so many people wanted to take part and share their opinions with us. Much of the feedback, received from 800 participants, reassured us that we produce high quality, tasty and consistent beers. While our team is viewed as professional, friendly and passionate. This is great news! Because it reflects what we have worked hard to establish.   Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their opinions with us. We have ambitious plans and this feedback will now help to shape the future for our brand and products.   You can expect to see some changes over the coming months as we develop our ideas and bring them to life.   Are you curious about the results? Take a look at our Infographic. ...

Measuring the perfect pint

The students recently came to the Brewery to gain a better understanding about hand-pulled cask ale. After several hours of studying, measuring, further research, and drinking (after all, someone had to consume the test pints!), the students left with a fair idea of what they needed to do.   James Ash, one of the students, said: "It’s a great opportunity for us - there is an award winning brewery right down the road from us that has opened its gates and...
