Amarillo Gold 4.4%
A straw coloured bright wheat beer with a light biscuit base, a distinct orange bouquet and an intense citrus flavour.

Bock 5.6% – NEW!
A rich dark brown ale with a rich malt aroma and toasty caramel flavour. Balanced hop fruit flavour with hint of spicy bitterness. Available in cask from 7 February, and keg and bottle from 17 February 2014.
Cascade pale ale 4.8%
American style pale ale with the floral aromas and strong bitterness of Cascade and Centennial hops.
Food match: Curry, spicy Asian cuisine, stir fry, and fish and chips.

Celebration Ale 6.0% – NEW!
Brewed to celebrate HRH The Princess Royal’s visit to the Brewery to officially open our new fermentation facilities on 14 January 2014. Celebration Ale is a quintessentially English strong golden ale with hints of malt sweetness balanced by a blend of four English hops.
Hazelnut Coffee Porter 4.6%
A smooth, dark red porter with German malts and hops. Additions of fresh ground coffee and roast hazelnut syrup give this speciality beer, depth and complexity.
Food match: Roast meat dishes and barbecues. Goes well with caramelised onions, so we love it with sausage, mash and onion gravy!
Kala Black IPA 6.2%
A black IPA with smooth roast malt character and big American hop presence.

Raspberry Blonde 4.0%
Refreshing blonde ale, delicately infused with the flavour of raspberries.
Food match: Light and refreshing, try it with citrus fruit and summer salads for extra tanginess.

Saltaire Blonde 4.0%
A straw coloured lager ale with creamy, soft malt flavours, delicately hopped with Czech and German hop varieties for modest bitterness and slight spice flavour.
Food match: Goes well with fish, chicken, creamy pasta sauces and seafood. It’s also a great base for batter, try it at The Boathouse Inn in Saltaire.

Saltaire Pride 3.9%
A classic English pale bitter, with light malt base and spicy fruitiness from the Challenger, Bramling Cross and Cascade hops.
Date: 21 March
A full bodied pale ale, with creamy caramel malt flavours and intense, resin, citrus and grapefruit hop flavours.
Food match: The robust and spicy flavours of Stateside make it the ideal accompaniment for strong blue cheeses and spicy meat dishes like cassoulet and chorizo sausage.

Triple Chocoholic 4.8%
Chocolate malts, cocoa, chocolate essence combines to provide a strong chocolate bouquet and a rich chocolate flavour. Good hopping provides a balancing bitterness.
Food match: Complements a cheese board, and of course, any chocolate-based dessert. Try it poured over ice-cream for a delicious ice-cream float!
